Why the studio exists

Most digital agencies optimise for volume. Kilat Labs doesn't. A handful of high-craft engagements per year, with hands-on engineering from the founder, and a long-tail relationship with each client. It's the kind of studio we always wanted to work inside, so we're building it.

The bet is craft + speed: design and engineering owned by the same mind, prototypes that live in code from week one, and work the studio puts its name on.

How the studio works

• Founder-led engineering. The founder writes the critical code himself. No senior-pitch / junior-deliver bait and switch.
• A handful of engagements per year. Means each project gets the time it deserves. Means saying no often.
• Trusted collaborators when needed. Design, motion, 3D and brand specialists pulled in on a per-project basis. Only the people the work actually needs.
• Honest about the boring parts. Performance budgets, accessibility, release engineering, observability. Not glamorous, but they decide whether the work survives launch.

Across Kilat Labs and the founder's prior agency engagements, we have shipped work for NAOS (Bioderma, Institut Esthederm, Etat Pur), the Swatch Group (Rado, Certina), the French Civil Aviation Authority (DGAC), Saphore Equipements, Goedert, Grimaldi, Octé, Decoration Brands and OGE.
