Working with the studio

Do you take on single-discipline projects or only end-to-end builds?

Both. Most engagements span two or three disciplines (e-commerce + brand + motion is a common mix), but we regularly take on focused work in a single discipline when that's what the project actually needs.

Can you join an existing team as an embedded squad?

Yes. We work both as a self-contained studio and as an embedded squad inside a client team. The decision usually depends on whether the work has clear hand-over points or whether it's an ongoing collaboration.

Do you work fixed-price or time-and-materials?

Fixed-price for discovery and short sprints, then a phased proposal with capped budgets for the build. Long-running engagements move to a monthly retainer with clear deliverables per cycle.

Which discipline should we start with if we're not sure what we need?

Start with discovery. Two weeks of audits, interviews and a single North Star artefact. After that we know which disciplines the build actually needs, and you have a concrete deliverable either way.
