MyCroq · App
Gamified restaurant loyalty · Flutter + Supabase

Problem
Fast-food and street-food restaurants in France lose most first-time customers after a single visit, and the paper stamp card is still the default loyalty tool. The brief Kilat Labs set itself: a loyalty app diners actually want to open, with points, digital stamp cards and a daily roulette to win a free drink or dessert, and a merchant side simple enough to run at a busy counter with no hardware.
Process
Built end-to-end in-house, on the same architecture as Kasira. One Flutter codebase carries two separate surfaces: the customer app (points per restaurant, stamp cards, the roulette, a wallet of vouchers, streaks and badges, nearby offers) and a merchant portal (dashboard, counter, customer segments and campaigns, and an editable programme covering rewards, roulette prizes and odds, menu and QR codes). Supabase sits behind it with Row-Level Security, and the trust model is server-side: points, stamps, spin outcomes and redemptions are written by database functions into an append-only ledger, so the device never decides value. Marketing consent, data export and account deletion are built in for GDPR.
Outcome
Pre-launch. MyCroq is Kilat Labs' second in-house product after Kasira: the site is live at mycroq.fr, the app is being readied for the App Store and Google Play, and the merchant Pro plan is priced at €29.99 a month. Demo builds and walkthroughs shared on request at info@kilatlabs.com.
